Worked example · 500-person conference
EventConnect Conference R3,499 + custom QR badge design R750 + sponsor lead collection R1,500 = R5,749 for the event.
Message estimate: 750 attendees × (1 confirmation + 2 reminders + 3 announcements) = 4,500 messages; at the starting rate of R0.19 that is about R855. Your exact message cost is confirmed in your quote.
Template and display-name approval is decided by Meta. Book at least 3 weeks ahead if you want to use your own number; a Unimax event number is quicker. All prices exclude VAT.
